Our team will shortlist top applicants and interview them. On the basis of your interview performance you will get selected/rejected. (This will be a telephonic / virtual 10 mins short interview)

Step 3

Learning Begins

Once you’re selected and join the program you begin your learning with Job Assurance Program (JAP), either in Data Science / Full stack domain.

Step 4

Placements Time !!!

After 120 Days of learning, placement season will begin. Our 600+ hiring partners will start their hiring process with us. This is a job assurance program so you can leave the headache of finding you a job to us.

Step 5

Get Offer Letter

Our hiring partner roll out offer letter to you. Even if you are placed, you can still sit for placements further if the visiting company is offering more than 1.5x your current CTC.

What is job assurance program (JAP)?

JAP is a program that assures you will get a job. With this program and on the job training, after completion you will be eligible to sit for interviews with our partner companies.

Learning efforts is a must, there is no point in just joining the course without learning efforts

What if my exams are going and I am unable to attend classes or complete assignments?

For the duration where you have your college semester exams you can inform our assigned mentor to pause / adjust your assignment due dates.*

How long will the shortlisting interview be and what will be asked?

Interview will last around 10 mins and only your soft skills will be asked.

Since we will be teaching most technical stuff in the cohort, we will only check your communication skill that is important for all multinational orgs.

What is the eligibility criteria for the Job Assurance Program?

The eligibility criteria for Job Assurance Program is -

1. A CGPA of 6.5 maintained throughout 10th, 12th and graduation.
2. There will be a Basic screening process and interview round. Based on the performance on these rounds, you will be shortlisted for the program.

What if I do not get a job after this course?

This is a placement assurance program, on completion of the course and relevant projects/assignments, if you’re unplaced after placement season of the cohort then we will refund the whole program fees.*

What if I do not complete the course?

To be eligible for placements you need to complete the learning tracks. In some valid cases we will extend module timelines on a case by case basis.*

If I enrol in hybrid or pre paid option what percentage of salary do I have to pay?

1. For Hybrid program you have to pay 10% of your yearly salary for 1 year.

2. For PrePaid you do not have to pay anything apart from the initial fee.

What if I get job from oncampus / offcampus will I still have to pay?

If you get job from oncampus / offcampus you do not have to pay.

You only have to pay 10% of yearly salary(in Hybrid program) if you get placed via partner companies of The Job Company.

I cannot afford the program, is there any financial aid available?

Yes, if you are eligible for the program, you will be eligible for financial aid. We have various EMI plans on all credit cards and selected debit cards.

Additionally, top performing students from the screening and interview rounds will be eligible for scholarship.

Is EMI option available for the program?

Yes, our banking partners have EMI options for payment through major credit cards and selected Debit cards.
